Who pays for the service?

Can Deaf individuals sign up for VRI On-Demand (Asign On)?

Not yet—but it’s in our plans.

Right now, Asign On is only available to businesses and organizations. But we’re committed to giving back by empowering Deaf Canadians with greater access. Bringing VRI On-Demand via Asign On directly to the community is something we’re working toward.

Is Asign On an app?

Yes! Asign On works through an app and a web-based platform. Organizations need to sign up with us to get started.

Is it secure?

We take security and quality seriously. Asign is ISO-certified, which means we meet strict international standards for quality and reliability. Our interpreters are members of the Canadian Association of Sign Language Interpreters (CASLI) and follow their Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct.

On the technology side, we use secure platforms and host all data on Canadian servers to make sure your conversations stay private and protected.
